Rules

  1. Start with a blank grid of 100 squares, 10 x 10.
  2. Everyone puts their name in 1 or more squares.
  3. The person running the board (THE ADMIN) decides how many squares you can get and if they are free or if they cost money.
  4. The ADMIN decides if you are playing for fun, prizes, or higher stakes for your game.
  5. The ADMIN decides what each winning square receives (e.g., bragging rights, fun prize, or higher stakes).
  6. The ADMIN decides what periods winning squares are awarded. Most of the time, this is at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Final Score.
  7. If the game goes into overtime, the Final Score counts as a winning square but not the score at the end of the 4th quarter, unless the ADMIN says otherwise.
  8. Once all 100 squares are claimed, random numbers 0-9 go on the top and side of the grid.
  9. During the game, winning squares are awarded. At the end of each winning period, the last digit of each team’s score is used to determine the winning square. For example, Kansas City’s score is represented by the top row of numbers, and Philadelphia’s score is represented by the vertical column of numbers on the left side. The winning squares are highlighted on the example grid below.
  10. The ADMIN has final say on all rulings.
